Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Assistant with plant-based experience to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role includes not only pastry prep and production but also supporting dinner service with high-quality plating .

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assist with production of plant-based desserts and pastries Support evening service by plating desserts and contributing to presentation of dishes Work closely with the head chef and pastry chef to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a plant-based kitchen or pastry environment Strong eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dinner service setting Available to work from 2am to 10am Tuesday to Sunday (Baker's Hours) Team-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about plant-based cuisine
