Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Subway crew member, where you will be the friendly face and essential support behind our fast-paced food service environment. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, delicious sandwiches and salads, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and throughout the restaurant to ensure food safety compliance Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while ensuring quality standards are met Assist with food handling tasks including wrapping, packaging, and stocking ingredients for quick service turnaround Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to keep the restaurant running smoothly Skills Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
