Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company expectations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to sanitation protocols, food safety regulations, and proper food handling procedures Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; familiarity with food industry standards is a plus Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices to ensure safety and quality Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions and order management Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills necessary for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving, cashiering, and operating kitchen equipment is advantageous Join us today and be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
