Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Support the serving staff by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring smooth guest flow during busy hours. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions accurately. Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with presentation. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent guest services. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with food preparation and handling is essential. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Experience working with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve guests professionally. Previous experience in banquet service, hotel kitchens, or culinary roles is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment. A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality, guest services, and teamwork.
