This role requires a commitment to food safety and sanitation, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change. Prepare food items according to restaurant standards while adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and ready for service. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register. Experience with food handling and knowledge of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a quick service fast food restaurant environment. Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling menu items when appropriate. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
