Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of quality dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and bussing tables as needed Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards Support serving staff by preparing ingredients and plating dishes for service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hotel or restaurant standards Contribute to banquet setups, catering events, or special functions as required Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent guest service Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods Experience operating POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Previous banquet experience, bussing, or hotel kitchen experience is a plus Knowledge of culinary practices and guest services within hospitality settings Join us in delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
