Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders in a quick service environment Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations and minimal wait times Support the team with basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and inventory management when needed Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a fast-paced setting Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, bussing, or kitchen work is beneficial but not mandatory Join us today to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
