Job Summary:

Reporting to the RD Manager, this position is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and daily operation of the RD lab by following GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food industry best practices. The role will also assist the RD team with sending and receiving packages as well as occasional baking and beverage preparation. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize lab dishes, utensils, and equipment after use. Wipe down and disinfect food contact surfaces, sinks, and common areas daily. Dispose of expired samples and maintain proper waste segregation, including trash, recycling, and animal feed Keep lab storage areas neat and organized. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and consumables. Bake recipes for items including but not limited to: cookies, brownies, cakes following scratch recipes Pull espresso, steam milk and prep hot, iced or frozen beverages
