Kullman Catering is a family-owned, chef-driven catering company serving weddings and events across California's Central Coast. THE ROLE
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen and Event Crew Member to join our team. You'll work alongside our chef/owner preparing food in the kitchen and supporting live events — setup, service, and breakdown included. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, flexibility, and a genuine desire to contribute. If you take pride in your work, respect the craft, and want to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard, this is a great fit.
  • WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist with event prep: chopping, portioning, cooking, and packing
  • Support live fire and station cooking during service
  • Help with event setup, front-line service, and full breakdown
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and workspace
  • Learn and follow our recipes, systems, and standards

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Some kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long shifts
  • Must be available Fridays and weekends
  • Reliable transportation required (events across SLO County)
  • ServSafe certification required
Pay:
$18.00
