We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and energetic Kitchen Staff members to help us prepare and serve our famous, authentic Hawaiian plate lunches. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working as part of a team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and cutting and marinating meats.
- Cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards (grilling, frying, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area.
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines.
- Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades:
- Preparar los ingredientes para cocinar, incluyendo cortar verduras y marinar carnes.
