We are introducing a conceptual Japanese dining experience in Torrance, CA.

Fusion of classic and modern Japanese interior Safe environment Lively and fun atmosphere Food provided Your role as a FOH is responsible for: Being punctual. Follow directions and instructions. Ability to work as a team member to build an excellent team. Bring excellent customer service to our guests. Organize tools, dishes, silverware, and drinking glasses accordingly. Restock condiments and utensils as needed. Buss dishes, cups, and glassware when empty for our guests. Follow FIFO to ensure food safety and reduce food waste and costs. Handle food correctly by following the food handler certificate. Maintain dining area and restroom areas clean, safe, and sanitary. Take the initiative to become an example for other members. Wear non-slip shoes and uniforms correctly. Keep personal hygiene well. Train and motivate the team members when needed.

Preferred:

Requirements:

Work ethic. Trustworthiness. 1 + year(s) of food service experience (if you have high potential but less experience, we would like to meet you) Basic written skills and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and speed in executing tasks. Driven in a fast-paced environment. Be able to handle stressful situations. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
