FOH Crew Member The Crew Member is the heart of the restaurant. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you are responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining a spotless environment, and delivering friendly, efficient service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is looking to build foundational skills in hospitality and operations.

Pay:

$17.90 per hour

Responsibilities:

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system.
• Answer questions about the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens.
• Assemble orders quickly while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression by providing "service with a smile." Cleanliness & Sanitation
• Maintain a clean workspace, including the dining area and restrooms.
• Follow all food safety and health department protocols, such as proper handwashing and temperature logging.
• Assist with "side work" tasks like but not limited to: restocking supplies, sweeping, taking out the trash, etc. Team Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with Shift Leads and teammates to keep the kitchen moving during busy rushes.
• Show up on time and ready to work, supporting the team in achieving daily goals.

License:

Food Safety certified.
