We are looking for Team members. Team Members are the foundation to our business. They embody our principles and culture. The service offered by our team members are often the first and only impression guests have of us. As such, it's essential that team members provide exceptional service in a fully stocked and spotless store.

Essential job functions:

Operations:

Provide exceptional guest service:

includes (not limited to)- smiling, greeting and offering samples, suggesting toppings/flavors, helping guests wherever they are, being pro-active, being knowledgeable 2.

Keep the front stocked:

topping bar, cup dispenser, water, napkins, spoons, sample cups, lids, gift cards, etc. 3.

Maintain a spotless store:

follows all checklists and cleaning calendars, rigorously follows slide timer. 4. Follow all food preparation, handling and safety procedures: includes fruit prep, filling the yogurt, toppings. 5.

Reliable and a team player:

takes all shifts seriously and is responsible, works well with others to get the job done. 6.
