Front Counter Staff Kitchen Staff Responsibilities Front Counter Staff:

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service Take and process orders using POS system Ensure store cleanliness and organized front area Prepare basic drink toppings as needed Assist with opening/closing procedures

Kitchen Staff:

Prepare drink ingredients (boba, teas, toppings) to recipe standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols Support restocking and inventory tracking Assist with opening/closing procedures Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to work at least 20 hours per week Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus, but not required) Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented No prior food service experience required — paid training provided Benefits Paid training Employee drink during shift Flexible scheduling Fun, fast-paced work environment Career advancement opportunities in a growing company
