Duties Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes according to established standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support bussing and cleaning of dining areas to ensure a tidy environment for guests Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Serve food and beverages efficiently during busy service periods, including food running and guest assistance Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing Support banquet and special event setups by preparing serving stations and assisting with guest services Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting techniques Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail In-person customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Familiarity with kitchen tasks such as cleaning, bussing, food running, and basic food preparation Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences!
