Back of house positions start with a two week skill assessment period. It begins with tasks that measure your ability to work in physically demanding conditions, followed by skill oriented tasks to determine your area of expertise. You will be trained in a wide range of tasks that may include: cake scaling, pastry finishing, candy making, and more! Experience is not necessary, but ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for 8+ hours is. Scheduling is very flexible.

Please note:

the base wage of this job is $15.25 hour, with the addition of tips equaling $20-$21/hour minimum.
