Job Description

Job Overview Small but busy wood fired pizza place hiring. Candidates must be available Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 3 until completion of closing duties, generally 9 pm. Closed on major holidays. Pay is dependent on experience and reliability. Hourly pay of at least $15.16 per hour plus commission/tip pool. Minimum age requirement of 18 with preference for 21+ due to liquor licensing. Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and reference check from previous employer. Candidates must be the type that like to stay busy and fast paced. Requires strong adherence to health and safety code, liquor license requirements, and quality and portion control. Food management certification preferred. Depending on experience, position may begin in the prep kitchen and helping with dishes while training in other positions Including but not limited to front service, food running, and kitchen support/pizza topping. Positions do require working with the general public and utilizing technology including tablets. Position requires tracking order tickets from numerous channels including online, self serve, and direct customer assistance while ensuring accurate, efficient, and fast service. All positions require working well with others, reliable attendance, accuracy, efficiency, cleaning, standing for long periods of time, and at least a relatively positive attitude.
