Tired of your boring old kitchen job? Want to actually enjoy working in the hospitality industry? How does stuffing your face with wood-fired pizza a few times a week sound?10 years ago, Mountain Crust started as the brainchild of a University of Denver senior who cringed at the idea of graduating and getting a "real job". Thus, Mountain Crust was born and we have been slinging drinks and serving pies ever since.

Now, in season 10, our veteran group of pizza party animals is looking to add 2 more talented souls to help prep, cook, expedite, and crush out whatever else this crazy pizza party lifestyle throws our way. Expect to find yourself prepping in our new kitchen one shift and making pizzas in the mountains on the next.

Primary responsibilities include:

Helping oversee and execute prep listsActing as an agent of quality control delivering call outs and trainingLoading food into our vintage pizza trucks for eventsHelping monitor food inventory and food wasteHelping oversee the effectiveness of kitchen systems and kitchen hands and acting on inefficienciesCreating new recipes and enhancing current onesDelegating tasksCleaning/organizingRunning oven at events cooking pizzas, apps, and entreesRunning back of house at events (app station during cocktail hour and salads during dinner)If you are interested in joining our crew for the rest of the season (now through mid-November), give us a Google search to see if we'd fit your vibe (peep our website here: https://www.mountaincrust.com/).
