We are currently seeking talented Line Cooks, Dishwasher/Server Assistant, Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts/Hostesses to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. Dishwasher/Server Assistant - As a Dishwasher/Server Assistant, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for all tableware, pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils. You will ensure the dish machine operates at the correct temperature for all cycles, report any mechanical issues immediately, and monitor proper sanitizer concentrations and detergent levels at all times. It is your job to ensure all food contact surfaces and storage areas remain clean and organized, while handling all tableware and equipment with care to prevent breakage and loss. Line Cook - As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables. We value speed, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining our standards of quality and sanitation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of kitchen prep and cooking experience; 6 months in a similar capacity preferred. Ability to work in a standing position for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 pounds. Servers - You are the face of our guest experience. Your role is to provide friendly, responsive service, make genuine recommendations, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly, basic knowledge of dining room procedures, and comfort handling money/point-of-sale systems. Must be able to stand for long periods and maneuver food trays weighing 20-25 pounds.3 Bartenders - We are looking for individuals who can provide timely, friendly service and prepare high-quality beverages. You will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, managing drink orders, and creating a welcoming environment for our patrons.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age. A working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes is required. Strong math and cash-handling skills are essential.4 Hosts/Hostesses - You will be the first impression for our guests. Your goal is to warmly welcome visitors, manage seating flow, and ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive until they leave.
