We are looking for someone who can jump in as a Line Cook, assist as a Prep Cook, and help with dishes. Your passion for food and culinary skills will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, assisting with menu planning, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating a vibrant dining experience for our guests. Whether you're chopping, cooking, or plating, you'll play a vital part in delivering delicious meals with precision and flair.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and serving Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to promote safety and hygiene Kitchen support will include dishwashing shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen experience Strong knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry operations Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of catering services and serving practices is a plus Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through your culinary expertise!
