Job Summary We are seeking mature, enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Responsibilities Greet customers with a smile and provide an excellent, friendly experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, for efficient and accurate order processing Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and addressing customer inquiries Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Maintain clean and tidy bakery environment, including sanitizing work areas and display case Handle cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Restock supplies and ensure products are displayed attractively Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service/fast food restaurant environments is preferred Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus Familiarity with cashiering, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate transactions Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards Join our team as a Crew Member where you can grow your skills in the food industry while providing outstanding service to our valued customers!
