As a vital part of our establishment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Our ideal candidates are passionate about food and hospitality, and are eager to contribute to a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail in order taking and food presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn!
