Mitchell Co., Inc. is looking for full time and part time Deli Associates. Multiple shifts are available. Candidates must be enthusiastic, well organized and need to ensure the highest level of food safety, while meeting customer expectations.

The Deli Associate shall:

• Maintain outstanding customer service at all times
• Follow customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Properly close stations by following cleaning and closing checklists
• Understand and comply with all health codes and requirements

Experience:

Cooking:

1 year (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Available to work at least 1 weekend shift

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate with co-workers, managers and customers
• Good working knowledge of food preparation
• Ability to order and receive products accurately
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment
