Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their dining experience Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Take customer orders accurately, upsell menu items to increase sales, and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards Assist in food handling tasks including stocking supplies, food prep, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities such as cashiering, food prep, and customer service Skills Experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or food industry roles preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order totals Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Previous restaurant experience or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided to develop your culinary skills and restaurant knowledge Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
