Whether you're interested in working the front counter serving guests or preparing fresh food in the kitchen, we want people who take pride in their work, enjoy working with others, and bring a positive attitude every day. Located in Cape Coral, Florida , Burrito Shak is a fast-growing fast-casual restaurant known for fresh ingredients, exceptional customer service, and a fun, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests with a friendly attitude Take customer orders and process transactions accurately Prepare fresh food according to Burrito Shak recipes and standards Set up, stock, and maintain workstations throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, kitchen, and service areas Work efficiently with team members to provide outstanding service Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Comfortable multitasking and staying organized Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidates What We're Looking For Self-motivated individuals who take initiative Team players who enjoy helping others succeed Friendly personalities who enjoy interacting with guests People who are eager to learn and grow with a new restaurant Compensation & Benefits $12-$15 per hour base pay Additional earnings through our team tip-sharing program Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement as we grow Hands-on training and development Fun, team-focused work environment Why Join Burrito Shak?
