Your expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food handling will ensure each pizza is hand stretched and made to perfection, delighting our guests with exceptional quality and flavor. Duties Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with attention to quality and consistency Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection Assist in menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food storage and preparation zones Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards Support food service operations by assembling orders quickly and accurately for dine-in or takeout customers Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of hot, fresh pizzas during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus but not required Proven culinary experience with a focus on pizza or fine dining environments preferred Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience in restaurant or kitchen settings within the food industry is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests Join us as a Skilled Pizza Person and bring your passion for culinary excellence to life!
