In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences by preparing delicious ice cream treats, managing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. Duties Prepare a variety of ice cream desserts and toppings with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality presentation every time Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace, including cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and accurately process cash transactions Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely, including ice cream machines, mixers, and other food preparation tools Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guests leave happy Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or quick service restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods seamlessly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen equipment operation Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating joyful experiences through delicious treats!
