Pierre's Restaurant, a culinary beacon in the Florida Keys, is seeking a Food Runner who is passionate about guest service and upholding the standards of our dining experience. The Food Runner is key in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and that their dining experience is memorable.
Job Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests and make them feel welcome in the restaurant. Efficiently stock condiments and bread for guest use. Monitor ticket times and communicate with the kitchen to ensure prompt service. Collaborate with the Chef to guarantee food quality and presentation align with restaurant standards. Assist guests with requests and needs after delivering food.
