We are seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain hot-side commercial cooking equipment for restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, and other food service operations.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hot-side commercial kitchen equipment Perform preventative maintenance on cooking equipment Install and start up new equipment as needed Troubleshoot electrical, gas, and mechanical issues Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Complete service paperwork accurately and on time Follow all company safety policies and industry standards

Fryers Grills and Griddles Ovens Ranges Steamers Broilers Salamanders Tilt Skillets Kettles Warmers and Holding Cabinets Qualifications:

Experience repairing commercial cooking equipment preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals EPA certification is a plus but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in commercial kitchen environments
