Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and swiftly Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
