What You'll Do Prepare fresh, high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and consistency Deliver outstanding hospitality and create memorable guest experiences Recommend menu items and enhance the guest experience through suggestive selling Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed Execute with urgency during peak business periods Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable and accountable individuals who take pride in their work Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to stay focused and maintain standards under pressure Food service experience is helpful, but not required Why Wingstop?
