Vegetable Prep Operator, PM, Deli - Lakeland Publix Super Markets, Inc. - 3.9 Lakeland, FL Job Details Full-time $17.25 - $23.80 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Food quality maintenance Kitchen health and safety standards Food production pH level monitoring Equipment setup (production tasks) Quality records maintenance Food service health code compliance Vegetable preparation Equipment installation GMP Assembly Food service inventory management Food safety sanitizing procedures Production planning pH measurement Temperature monitoring Compliance documentation Cost accounting Lifts and hoists Batch records Weight checks Production monitoring Collaboration with manufacturing teams Cutting machines Quality assurance within manufacturing Measuring ingredients Pallet jack Chopping vegetables Production scheduling Quality control records management Full Job Description operating all equipment in the department including combo lifts, cabbage shredder, flume systems, and dicer assembling and disassembling equipment practicing strict sanitation and GMP practices to insure food safe products are being manufactured gathering, prepping, and weighing ingredients tracking inventory of fresh ingredients calculating daily vegetable production needs maintaining run sheets for cost accounting track inventory of fresh ingredients documenting environmental concerns for QA and USDA maintaining accurate documentation for quality, production and sanitation providing timely and accurate communication to the salad production areas concerning production needs monitoring Tsunami concentrations and temperatures for the Flume System gathering samples for Quality Control manually trimming fresh vegetables must be able to work in other areas as needed/requested other duties as assigned.
