The Culinary Team Member is a guest-facing role responsible for serving Wilder's hot bar, salad bar, and grab-and-go prepared foods. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, food safety, and presentation while ensuring guests experience outstanding hospitality. Team members will work closely with the Wellness Chef and Prep Cooks to maintain a seamless service line.Responsibilities:
Culinary Service Serve hot and cold prepared foods with precision and warmth. Maintain proper food safety standards, including holding temperatures, portioning, and handling. Replenish and rotate offerings throughout service to maintain quality and consistency. Uphold Wilder's standards for presentation and freshness across all prepared food displays. Guest Experience Engage with guests at the service line, answering ingredient or dietary questions with knowledge and enthusiasm. Provide fast, friendly service while balancing speed and accuracy. Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care. Operations & Cleanliness Maintain a clean and organized service line and back-of-house work area. Support prep cooks and sanitation team in dishwashing, restocking, and equipment cleaning as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures. Requirements 1-3 years of foodservice, deli, café, or hospitality experience. Strong knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe certification preferred. Ability to multitask and work efficiently during high-volume service periods. Positive attitude and strong communication skills.Mission-aligned:

Flexible scheduling required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and be on feet for entire shift (6-8+ hours). Must be able to lift at least 30-50 pounds. Comfortable working with hot and cold prepared foods and kitchen environments.What You'll Help Us Solve:
