Our Smoothie King Store is now hiring new Team Members! Join immediately and become part of the team where connection, speed and dedication will help you achieve success as a Team Member! Looking for individuals who are purpose driven and with a strong will to inspire people to live an active and healthy lifestyle! You can join now with no prior experiences, we will train you! You just have to bring motivation, desire to learn and a smile! DUTIES Provide an amazing guest serving experience! Show that "customer first" is the mission. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling orders and transactions with accuracy. Making custom blended smoothies according to food safety standards and Smoothie King recipes. Ensure and maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, siting area and back of house. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stocks levels. Working well within a team. Communication is key! Follows state and county food safety regulations. Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders and juices. Performs opening and/or closing duties as designated.

QUALIFICATIONS

Energetic people with a strong will to learn and work within a team! Dedication to customer service by showing outstanding customer service skills! Genuine care and understanding for people's needs. Flexible schedules which includes the capability on working during weekends. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to bend, reach and scoop throughout shift, up to 8 hrs on feet not including breaks. Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 ° F to -10° F. Reliable transportation to attend your shift on time every day!
