Join the Team at Causeway Coffee Kitchen Staff / Café Team Member | Destin, Florida At Causeway Coffee, we believe every cup can make an impact. You will:
Prepare and assemble food with consistency and care Maintain a clean, organized kitchen Support daily operations and team flow Engage with customers when needed Deliver food and drinks and help create a great experience Compensation $17/hour minimum. Base + tips (Current team averages $19-$20) Schedule 25-32 hours per week Morning/daytime shifts (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Closed Sundays. Most Saturdays.
