Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience through efficient service and food quality. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to help you succeed. This position offers opportunities for growth within the restaurant and the food industry. Duties Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cashiering responsibilities including cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables and cleaning food preparation zones Ensure food safety standards are met through proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating as needed in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting Support team members with food service tasks such as serving, food handling, and kitchen duties Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours Skills Experience with food preparation, serving, or cashiering in a restaurant or retail environment is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and grocery store operations Ability to work well in a team environment with good communication skills Experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required Join our team to be part of a vibrant restaurant environment where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction.
