We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment.

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and providing an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the Plant Based food industry and thrive in a team-oriented setting, we want to hear from you! Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems for efficient order processing and payment transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as clover Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide training for all new hires.
