Duties Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support culinary staff. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and ready for guests. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards. Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely dish turnaround and smooth operations. Skills Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety regulations. Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering is highly desirable. Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations. Basic food handling skills with attention to detail in sanitation practices. Prior experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus but not required.
