Kitchen Prep

Kitchen Prep responsibilities include, but are not limited to - Opening and maintaining hot-bar/cold-bar while doing your daily prep. Making sure to follow recipes to ensure consistent food quality daily. Maintaining a clean line throughout the morning Cleaning your station and dishes after a shift to ensure a clean area for the next crew to come into Finishing a prep list laid out by the manager of the day, most prep is done a day in advance so there is never a major back-up Employee must be able to- Show up for work on time on your scheduled days Maintain a clean and professional appearance Understand and be able to handle constructive criticism Have knowledge of basic culinary information Be able to finish tasks on time with consistent results. Rodizio Grill is the only Brazilian churrascaria in Pensacola, it is a very fun and welcoming concept. All meat is cooked fresh on our rotisseries and brought out to guests tableside, giving the guest a completely new experience unlike any other they've had locally. We also offer a gourmet salad bar that includes hot and cold sides made from scratch in our kitchen.

We serve a weekend brunch Fri-Sun, dinner starting at 3pm where we switch over to our dinner appropriate items.
