$18+ per hour Job Summary Palm Beach Best Wings is looking for a strong, dependable Back of House Team Member who can work the fryer station, keep the kitchen moving during busy shifts, and help close the kitchen down the right way at the end of the night. This role is for someone who moves with urgency, stays clean and organized, takes pride in food quality, and can perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Compensation includes a $15/hour base wage plus tips, which typically brings total hourly earnings to around $20-$25/hour. Responsibilities Work fryer and other back of house stations as needed Prepare food according to company standards Help keep tickets moving with speed and accuracy Assist with plating, order setup, and kitchen flow Maintain food quality, consistency, and cleanliness throughout shifts Restock kitchen items and keep stations organized Complete prep work before service as needed Help break down, clean, and reset the kitchen after service Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Communicate clearly with team members during busy shifts Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Previous kitchen, fryer, or restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment Able to lift boxes, supplies, and kitchen items as needed Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Closing shift availability strongly preferred What We're Looking For Someone who can handle fryer station with consistency Someone who stays focused and moves fast during rushes Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and closing the kitchen properly Someone who shows up on time and helps the team win Someone who can take direction and perform without constant supervision Growth Opportunity Palm Beach Best Wings is a fast-growing brand, and strong team members will have opportunities to grow into larger back of house or leadership roles over time.
