Kitchen Lead Location:

'drome Specialty Boozy Boba Bar & Street Eats - Seaside, FL We're looking for a strong Kitchen Lead who can lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This is a tipped position with excellent earning potential and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives under pressure while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and team accountability. Responsibilities Lead the kitchen during service and set the pace for the team. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation on every order. Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations. Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Previous kitchen leadership or line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant. Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Positive attitude with a team-first mentality. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
