- + Prepare various food products following CSC recipes and standards. + Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.

+ Use Standard Recipe Cards for food preparation.
+ Follow Daily Prep List for assigned duties.
+ Ensure safe food handling practices.
+ Complete opening and closing checklists.
+ Organize and label food products for freshness.
+ Follow kitchen safety policies and procedures.
+ Maintain portion sizes and quality standards.
+ Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
+ Report equipment or food quality issues promptly.
+ Follow dishwashing procedures and policies
