Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure timely food production. Manage customer transactions by processing cash, credit card payments, and handling cash register operations with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction through friendly recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas and kitchen stations. Assist in food handling, serving, and ensuring all health regulations are followed diligently. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation standards rigorously. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication. Food safety management knowledge or willingness to learn about proper food handling procedures.
