Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a café, retail store, grocery store, or restaurant setting is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bussing tables and food prep Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while building your career in the food industry!
