What you will do:

Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Apply all finishing touched to plates and set up by table for servers and runners. Use proper portioning techniques. Read tickets to determine all modifications have been followed. You are the last line of defense before the plate hits the table. REQUIREMENTS

Ability to understand and follow direction from others. Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment. We clean and sanitize our stations throughout and at the end of the day. Ability to read specs and memorize and replicate food production procedures. Urgency Ability to read and understand a ticket and/or Kitchen display screen Ability to multitask Family-owned and operated, Berry Fresh Cafe opened in Port St. Lucie, FL in 2009 and has since added two more locations (Jupiter, FL Stuart, FL and coming soon to Palm Beach Gardens, FL).
