Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage electrical construction highrise federal building projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, power distribution, coordinating slabs, blueprint reading, quality control, doing CAD's and project supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise electrical highrise federal construction projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Utilize Construction management software such as Autocad, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and electricians to ensure project deadlines are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety protocols
• Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site
• Understand termination of Pannel and wiring connections
• Slab layouts and FPL underground power distribution.

Skills:

• Proficient in Construction management practices
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
• Experience with Construction management software like ProCore, BlueBeam and Autocad
• Ability read cad drawings and perform layouts on the slabs.
• Familiarity with quality control processes in electrical construction
• Written communication in English.
