Part-Time/Full-Time Pay:
$15-18 per hourDOE Responsibilities:
Ensure all food orders are plated correctly, meet 26 Thai's presentation standards, and are delivered to guests promptly. Ingredient preperation, including chopping vegetables and preparing garnishes. Act as the liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service. Check each dish for accuracy, portioning, and presentation before sending it out. Organize and manage the expo station to maintain efficiency during peak hours. Assist in coordinating order timing to ensure all items for a table are delivered together. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area, ensuring proper stock of necessary supplies. Work closely with servers and runners to ensure food is delivered in a timely manner. Provide support in other areas as needed to contribute to overall restaurant operations.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service role is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively. Attention to detail, especially with order accuracy and food presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain organization. Punctual, reliable, and a team player. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting trays when necessary.Benefits:
