Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a truck to transport goods from one location to another
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Follow traffic laws and regulations
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
• Knowledge of the food industry and restaurant operations is a plus
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for invoicing and payments
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading cargo
