Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated restaurant staff to join our Diablo's team in providing exceptional service and quality food to our customers. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. This position is aimed at individuals who may or may not have food service experience but are 100% committed to delivering outstanding customer service and display a willingness to be coachable and learn all facets of our serving process. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with basic math calculations as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service. Experience in quick-service fast food restaurants is a plus. Ability to be punctual (arrive to work on time) for ALL shifts, and a desire to fill in when and where it is needed.
