You take orders, get them right, and take care of people at the counter, in the drive-thru, and in the dining room. It moves fast, and it is busy, and the whole job comes down to making the person in front of you feel taken care of. If you like people and you like to move, you will like this. Before you apply Read this part. It is the honest picture of the job, and it saves us both time. This is guest-facing, all shift. You are talking to people, smiling, and serving without a break through a rush. If you would rather not be around people all day, front of house is not the spot for you. The kitchen might be. It is fast and physical. You are on your feet your whole shift, moving, in a loud and busy restaurant. Some days fly by. None of them are slow. Saturday availability is required. You will not work every Saturday, but you have to be available. We are closed every Sunday, always. You need a reliable way to get to work. If you take opening shifts before sunrise or closing shifts after dark, you need transportation that actually works for those hours. We hold a standard. On time, in uniform, phone put away, every shift. It is the same standard for everyone, and it is part of why people like working here. We are looking for people who want to stay a while. Getting good at this job, earning raises, and earning the trust to take on more takes months, not weeks. If you are looking for a 6-month thing, this is not it. What you'll do Take care of guests with real warmth. A genuine smile, eye contact, and a \my pleasure\ you actually mean. Take orders and get them right, fast, at the counter and in the drive-thru. Keep the dining room, drink station, and your area clean and stocked. Work with your team through the rush. Pull your weight, stay positive, and jump in where you are needed.
